Refund Eligibility

No digital content (PDF, video, audio, images) has been delivered
Partial Refunds
Refund amounts depend on the portion of services provided:
Less than 10% provided → 100% refund
10–20% provided → 70% refund
20–30% provided → 50% refund
30–50% provided → 20% refund
More than 50% provided → non-refundable
“Portion of service” refers to lessons made available, regardless of whether they were viewed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
